What we collect, and what we don't

Last updated 11 August 2026

Short version: you can read every memo on this site without giving us anything. We only hold an email address if you typed one into a form, and we never sell or share it.

What we collect

Your email address, but only if you enter it yourself: to subscribe to the newsletter, to receive a guide from inside an article, or to send us a message. We store the address, the date, and which page you sent it from, so we know what you asked for.

What you write in the contact form, meaning your name and message, so we can answer you.

Standard server logs. Our host records ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, and which page was requested. This is how any website works and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

What we do not collect

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not set marketing or analytics cookies. There is no Facebook pixel and no advertising network on this site. We do not buy or sell email lists, and we never pass your address to anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it

Brevo stores our contact list and sends our email. When you subscribe, your address is stored on their systems.

Vercel hosts this website and handles the requests your browser makes to it.

Google Workspace receives email sent to our contact address.

If you contact us through Instagram, Meta handles that conversation under their own privacy policy, not ours.

How long we keep it

Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link, and using it removes you. Contact messages are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email contact@theagentmemo.co and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no charge. If you are in the EU or UK, these rights come from the GDPR, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is meant for adults working with software and business tools. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting subscribers will be announced in the newsletter rather than made quietly.
